Return Policy Refund & Replacement Policies 

Our policy lasts 14 days. If 14 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging. If you received an item that is damaged or faulty, we will happily replace the item at no additional cost to you. Please contact us within 48 hours after receiving your package
We can only offer you replacements at no additional cost if it falls under below criteria: Items are faulty – damaged/broken or soiled upon arrival. We do not accept returns or refunds if customer changes their mind after receiving their order(s). Note: Magosfter will not be held liable to any lost or misroute parcels.

Please ensure that all the information you have provided is correct before submitting your order to prevent losses in mail or other mishaps from happening. international customers must provide their phone number.

In some cases, you may be required to include a video or photo of the defective product for proof in order to refund or replace the product.

There are certain situations where only partial refunds are granted (if applicable):
Any item not in its original condition, is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error
Any item that is returned more than 14 days after delivery

Refunds (if applicable)
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.

Late or missing refunds (if applicable)
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded.

Exchanges (if applicable)
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at

Wrong or PO box addresses

If you put a wrong address or use a PO box address, WE DO NOT refund or replace the product if returned to us.


Wrong Plug

Please make sure to choose the right plug, if you choose wrong plug we do not Refund or Exchange. However you can buy convertor and make it work. 

Order Mistakes

Be sure to verify your address and all shipping informations as well as choosing the right plug . we have NA and EU plugs , we are not responsible for those mistakes and we do not refund in those cases.

Cancellation Policy

If you think you have entered a wrong address, you need to contact us immediately in order to correct the mistake. Can I cancel my order(s)? Yes. Cancellations must be made within 3 hours of order placement. Send us an email within 3 hours and let us know the reason why you wish to cancel your order. We do not accept cancellation of orders outside the 3 hours window and/or because of the Standard Shipping reason. All refunds will be process within 24-48 hours before the fund reflects on customer’s bank account. 

Send us an email stating your concern and attach a picture of the item(s) showing the size tag and its original packaging within 48 hours upon receipt of the order get a replacement or refund. Note: Our team will inspect / verify the photo(s) before we issue out a replacement. Returned items must be in original packaging, including any accessories, manuals, and documentation

Magsofter reserves the right to refuse any replacement and refund if it does not meet the above criteria.

To return your product, you should mail it to our office in Canada. You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
